You’ll prepare a vibrant, creamy Thai-inspired cauliflower and coconut soup and a sticky sesame cauliflower rice bowl, showcasing cauliflower’s versatility and bold flavors. Perfect for all skill levels, this class will leave you with practical cooking skills and two wholesome, plant-based dishes to take home. There is a $10 fee and registration opens for Harborfields Library patrons only on Monday, February 3, at 10:00 AM.
