Registration for this program will begin on June 1st. Colorful, fresh and completely delicious, these adorable mini tarts combine a delicious sugar cookie base, creamy filling and beautifully arranged fruit. Simply delicious! Kits will be available in the Children's Room beginning June 6th. Materials needed from home: Ingredients: flour, butter, baking powder, baking soda, sugar, egg, vanilla, cooking spray, confectioner's sugar, cream cheese,and fruit of choice Equipment: Mixing bowls, mixer, measuring cups and spoons, muffin/cupcake pan, rubber spatula, spoon or 1 1/2 inch ice cream scoop, metal spatula for spreading, cutting board and butter knife or plastic knife
