NOW OPEN TO ALL

Mediterranean Chef Naela Zeidan returns  to teach us how to make more of her ethnic specialties.  In this class she will demonstrate how to make organic beef and veggie pies, baba ganoush a roasted eggplant dip with garlic and tahini paste, followed by a middle eastern salad with homemade dressing, and finish with her rice pudding with orange blossom water. Tastings and recipes will be included for a fee of $8 fee payable upon registration. Harborfields Library cardholders only may register beginning Wednesday, September 6 at 10:00 AM .
