Instructor Jim Cummings will teach you Tai Chi based on a simplified method. Elements of Qigong and a traditional short Tai Chi form will be demonstrated so that you can follow along at home.

Volunteers will assist the Children’s LEGOs program and earn 1 hour of community service. This program is limited in the number of volunteers. Registration begins at 10 am on February 1st

Children of all abilities will learn about a variety of artists including when they lived and the style of art that they created with instructor Diane Young. Each child will create their own unique masterpiece.
