If you are concerned about falling or have fallen in the past and are interested in improving flexibility, balance, and strength this 8-week workshop will help to improve balance and prevent falls. Exercise begins week 3. Please register.

Using hand crafted papers, antique postcards, and assorted ephemera you will be guided to create two, one-of-a-kind seasonal cards to give or frame. Please bring sharp scissors.
