Event Details
Alice Weiser will lead you in this flowing yoga practice that links yoga poses with breath to create a moving meditation in this virtual class. Participants will need a yoga mat and should be able to stand, sit and lay on the mat as we explore various yoga poses. Yoga blocks and straps are also helpful. Registration opens Tuesday, March 9th and Harborfields Library cardholders are given priority. Please have your Library card from your home library handy to register online or over the phone.
