This yoga class is suitable for adults of all skill levels. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat, two firm blankets, and a strap. Instructor Cathy Adamo will lead this 6-week yoga series Harborfields Library cardholders may register beginning May 2nd, and if space remains, non-residents can register beginning May 9th.
