This yoga class is suitable for adults of all skill levels. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat, two firm blankets and a strap.
Instructor Cathy Adamo will leads this 6-week yoga series. Harborfields Library cardholders may register beginning March 1, and if space remains non residents can register beginning March 8.
