If you are concerned about falling or have fallen in the past and are interested in improving flexibility, balance, and strength this 8-week workshop will help to improve balance and prevent falls. The class is conducted by RSVP. The Exercise session begins week 3. Please register, space is limited to Harborfields Library cardholders. Registration opens Wednesday, April 2nd online. No class on Memorial Day.
