Event Details
This exercise class combines strength training with traditional mat Pilates movements.
The class is led by Certified instructor Lisa Falvo. The emphasis will be on strengthening the core and performing movements that will not only tone your muscles but also improve your posture, flexibility, and mobility.
Proper form and technique will be demonstrated along with modifications so that everyone can participate. Bring a bottle of water, a mat, and a small pillow or hand towel to support your head. Bringing 1-3- pound weights is optional. Only Harborfields Library cardholders may register online beginning Saturday, March 1st. If space remains, non-residents may register March 8th.
